I'm pretty convinced at this point that the health care bill is going to either pass by one vote or lose by 20-30. There will be practically no in-between because if it's clear the bill is not going to pass, there will be a mad rush to change some "yes" votes to "no" votes. You won't see the opposite happen if it's clear the bill is going to pass.
