Nobel Man of the Year Award

Everything that's been said about the ridonkulousness of the president winning the Nobel Peace Prize has basically already been said. I will add this. By awarding it to him, the Nobel Committee has lowered a once great prize (and they really already did this when they awarded it to Yasir Arafat) to the status of Time Magazine's Man of the Year. Probably something you want to win, but now really has no meaning.

While I am no big fan of President Bush, his actions freed millions from dictatorships in Iraq and Afghanistan, inspired democratic revolutions in Lebanon and Ukraine, brought Libya - sort of - in from the cold and aided millions in Africa. I thought that might be the outcomes the Nobel Committee might be in favor of.

What is this "outcomes" you speak of? Does it come in social realism posters?
